A sunny, quiet, clean, 12 sqm bedroom with a queen size bed, fresh linens, cheery decor, and private bathroom. On the 7th floor of a luxury, elevator condominium, with 24-hour front doormen, delivery and package delivery, and security cameras throughout the building. Spacious and clean kitchen, livingroom, and diningroom to share; private bathroom. Rate includes a light breakfast with coffee or tea, cold cereal, and yogurt. Non-smoking only, no shoes please. 4 stops north of the city center and the most popular gay owned bars and restaurants in Manhattan, Hell's Kitchen. Central Park is a 5-minute walk for running, swimming (summer only) and cycling, a beautiful Formal Conservatory Garden. The Guggenheim, Metropolitan, MoMA, Natural History, and Whitney museums are all within 30 minutes by public transit. Lot's of shopping is only 20 minutes away on Fifth Avenue. The Subway (2/3) is 1 block away on 116th St, and the M1 bus is outside the front door of my building.
